All sessions with Craig are confidential. All phone and internet appointments
are pre-paid and are NOT *refundable. If Craig misses two consecutive appointment
times, and a reschedule is not acceptable to you the client, then a refund will
be issued. Craig reserves the right to say no to any reading situation if he feels
he cannot connect to the client. (This rarely happens). Craig will not give legal
or medical advise. He offers energy readings of health issues and legal issues,
offering his insights only, NOT professional health or legal advice
*All phone readings come with a 5 minute guarantee. If you, the client or Craig
feels no connection the reading will stop and a full refund given.
If it goes past 5 minutes you will be refunded a prorated amount based on the
time used.
